Refund policy

RETURN POLICY:
We hope that you will be 100% satisfied with our exceptional plant-based skincare products and will love the nourishing benefits for your skin. We stand behind the quality of every product that we make. If a product does not meet your expectations, we will replace it or refund your money if you return it within *30 days of purchase*.
Note that we recommend that you use our products within the first 6 months of purchase as they are natural.  We can refund any purchase after 30 days.

To start a return, send us an email at info@planetbotanicals.com and let us know the reason for your return name and purchase date. We will provide you instructions. We do require you to ship back the product to our warehouse and are not able to refund any shipping charges. We will replace the product or refund your money (whichever you prefer).
