Shipping Policy

We take care in packing every order ourselves to ensure it arrives safely. Please review our shipping information below before placing your order.

4.1  Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States (48 states). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.

4.2  Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped from our facility in Westbrook, Maine. Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing before shipment, plus 5-8 business days for shipping time.  Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

4.3  Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We ship via USPS and UPS. Estimated delivery times after shipment:

       Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days

       Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (where available)

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Planet Botanicals is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, high-volume shipping periods (e.g., holidays), or other circumstances outside our control.

4.4  Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

4.5  Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the USPS or UPS website. If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@planetbotanicals.com.

4.6  Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. Planet Botanicals is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you need to correct an address after placing an order, contact us immediately at info@planetbotanicals.com — we will do our best to make the correction before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

4.7  Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@planetbotanicals.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to investigate. If your order is confirmed lost, we will reship or issue a refund at our discretion.

Planet Botanicals is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as stolen or missing. We recommend having packages delivered to a secure location. If this occurs, please contact the carrier and your local post office first, then reach out to us if you need further assistance.

If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy (Section 2.3) and contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

4.8  Wholesale & Retail Account Shipping

Wholesale orders are shipped via USPS or UPS Ground. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the wholesale account and are calculated based on order weight and destination.
